DA in CA: Appellate Court Signals Approval of ADDA Lawsuit

Second District of the California Court of Appeal handed down its decision in People v. Laanui on January 8, 2021, about a week after the ADDA, a union representing Los Angeles prosecutors, sued DA George Gascon.
